A set of guidelines that defines excellence in service management, ITIL covers 17 IT service areas and outlines how best to complete critical IT practices. SAS 70-audited
SAS 70 is the recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We undergo an annual Type II SAS 70 examination to provide necessary information to our customers regarding the processes and controls that are in place to protect their IT assets.
